We deliver for our customers around the world every day using FedEx services. Shipment fees should be paid by the customer and we offer you shipping insurance option for any kind of loss or product damage. If you needed to pay customs duty at the destination point you will get notified by customs officials to act on it and recieve your goods. Shipping time might take 5 to 12 business days from when you place your order until you receive your goods. note that sometimes Customs policies or weather conditions might change the delivery time. Our Return Policies:
We will replace incorrect or imperfect or damaged products. Just contact us within 5 days after you received your order for replacements. Note that shipping fee would be refunded only if we made a mistake about your product. For refunds, you have 14 days maximum to act on it and 15 to 30 days maximum for getting the store credit. After 30 days you should pay shipping fees if you want the product back. Any worn or dirty product which is damaged by the customer would not be replaced or refunded so we will get it back again after you pay the shipping fee. To return a product which is not exchangeable you should be available by your contact information to pay the shipping fee or else after 30 days not answering, the item is not returnable and you will receive no refund.
To get refunded you should make sure the order is back to us in 14 days maximum after your order was delivered by us. If you deliver the product within 15 to 30 days after we delivered your order, then you can have store credit on salmadesigns.com. After 30 days passed from delivering your order, we can not refund you anymore. You will get refunded by the payment account that you purchased from us. If there is an aspect between store credit and credit card, the credit card will be refunded after store credit refund. Usually, store credit or refund takes 7 to 10 days from when we receive your returned product. Again notice that to return the product again, you should pay for shipping fee because shipping fee would be refunded only if our sent products have a problem.
If your order is damaged we will replace it, just contact us in 5 business days (maximum) after you took the order. For exchanging, You have maximum 30 days after receiving your order to get it back to us again. After 30 days an exchange would not be possible. Notice that if you want to exchange or get refunded or get a store credit you should send a copy of your receipt. Note that all the goods you receive should be sealed and inside their original package. Use package tracking services for shipping because we are not responsible if the shipping company lost your order. If the product is damaged in any way by the customer no refund is possible and you can take it back if you pay the shipping fee. When the product is not refundable or exchangeable And if you are not in contact within 30 days after receiving your order from us and not paying the shipping fee then you can’t have the item back anymore. For an exchange, the shipping fee will be covered by us only if we made a mistake about the products delivering to you.
